Our plastic drill bits are designed with specific rakes for use on plastic. The plastic drill bits are designed for use in a hand drill, while the Pro Series is designed with a higher rake and are normally used in a drill press.

These drills incorporate a different fluke, 60 degree point and zero degree rake and are designed for use in drill presses. The ultimate for high speed drilling of plastics with extended usage. Reduced shank to 1/4" on sizes 5/16", 3/8", 7/16" and 1/2".

Polycarbonate Cutting Bits: We can make any type of cutter for your application.

High speed steel bits specially designed for cutting polycarbonate and providing a superior finish. Single or double edge, straight flute bits have 1/4" cutting edge diameter, 3/4" cutting edge length, 1/4" shank diameter and 2-1/8" overall length.

Acrylic Cutting Bits: We can make any type of cutter for your application.

Carbide or carbide tipped bits specifically designed for cutting acrylic and providing a superior finish. Solid carbide, single or double edge, straight flute bits have 1/4" cutting edge diameter, 3/4" cutting edge length, 1/4" shank diameter and 2-1/2" overall length. Carbide tipped, double edged bit has 1/4" cutting edge diameter, 1" cutting edge length, 1/4" shank diameter and 2-3/8" overall length.

EMX Strip Heater

Fabrication production heater lets you bend sheet up to 1/2" thick. Comes with a thermostat, on/off switch, pilot light, sturdy sheet metal construction and baked enamel paint. Maximum heat is 450F. Heaters are 7" wide, 4-1/2" high with 1-1/4" opening. Actual heating elements are 34" (EMX1) and 48" (EMX2) long.
